We chose Cardano because of its fast and cheap transactions as well as its interoperability with other blockchains. The Dobecoin community and ecosystem are represented by the Doberman Pinscher; a stoic, strong, aggressive, protective, but also loving and loyal dog. The Doberman symbolizes the spirit of freedom, independence, and self-reliance, all of which are core tenants of the cryptocurrency movement. The goal of this community is to help the world be free and independent physically, mentally, spiritually, and most importantly, financially. The financial systems and regulators of the world should be like loyal guard dogs protecting and defending the population from harm and never, in turn, harming the people themselves. Currently, those systems do not necessarily do that.
Doberman “Musky” Pinscher
Musky is a tough old dog that "don't take no Shiba from Inu-one". Musky has been around since he immigrated to the United States from Germany in the late 1880s. He has been fighting to protect his new home ever since. Musky’s illustrious career includes service in the U.S. Marines, professional cage fighting, police officer, and even head of Snoop Dogg’s K9 security team. Musky likes to be financially independent because that gives him the freedom to better help and support others. Musky doesn’t like other people messing with his bones.
DOBE Technology
Dobecoin is built on the Cardano blockchain, a revolutionary protocol that is many times faster and cheaper than the Ethereum (ETH) protocol. Cardano processes 250 transactions per second (TPS) with an average cost of $0.47 compared to 15 transactions per second with Ethereum and having an average transaction cost of $90.64. The Cardano protocol also allows users to use other native tokens when payings gas fees instead of having to use Cardano (ADA). This option is not possible with Ethereum given that each wallet needs to have some ETH in order to pay gas fees to move tokens.
